ALL amenities are OUTDOOR, open ALL YEAR around and COMPLEMENTARY comes with our condo: *Covered Outdoor Beachfront pool (seasonally heated) *Covered Outdoor Hot tub (heated) *Covered Outdoor Aqua Park with water slides and big water basket (not heated at any time of the year) *Uncovered Outdoor Beachfront Pool (seasonally heated) *Partially Covered Lazy River (seasonally heated) *Frog Pad for little ones (not heated at any time of the year) ***Aqua Park and Frog Pad are open all year round, but since the water is not heated in those 2 parks and guests rarely use it, they are turned off during the off-season to conserve energy. However, these two amenities can be activated upon a guest's request at any time. You may simply ask any Splash Stuff member to turn them on for you. For example, if you have 2 cars each car will be registered and will be charged $35. If you bring a boat, you will be charged additional parking fees. The $35 parking fee should be paid directly to the Resort during the time of registration. This $35 parking fee covers the whole of your stay. *The guest must be 25 years old to be able to rent the condo and must stay at the resort throughout the whole reservation. A valid ID is required at the registration desk. *Even though we love our furry friends, the resort does not allow any pets on their territory. *No smoking *No parties in the unit ***Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund. Additionally, a fine will be applied. ***We are providing a starting kit for our guests, which includes a couple of dishwasher detergents, paper towels, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap for each bathroom, and 2 toilet paper rolls for each bathroom. If you think you will need more stuff, please bring your own. ***Please note*** All Resort amenities are managed by a third party and could be closed at any time for reasons out of our control. Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, and more occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter.
