Walking to the slopes! Welcome to our newest getaway right in the heart of action-packed Hunter Mountain. Quick walk to the slopes and the base lodges. Our Cozy Retreat gives you year round mountain access! Stay with us during ski season and avoid the hassle of the parking lots/locker rooms/expensive lunches in crowded cafeterias. Come home for lunch and hot chocolate. Return to the slopes anytime! Watch Netflix, rest on a memory foam mattress, gather in the kitchen. Enjoy! The space The condo is located just a short walk from the beginner slopes and the base lodges. A footbridge connects the property to green circle beginner trails called “Briar Patch” & "Madison Square". Take the trail down to the first lift, or continue to walk or ski across the mountain to the base lodges. The path is very safe and you can go to the lodge area without any skis on. The walk is mostly level. The unit has a wonderful open floor plan with a large kitchen table that seats 8, a cozy u-shaped sofa, new furnishings and decor, 4 brand new queen sized memory foam mattresses with new bedding and duvets. Plenty of closet space, and all the kitchen items you need. The space can comfortably accommodate one large family or two small families (Ideally 4 to 6 adults maximum only). Each bedroom has a 35” smart TV and the living room has a 55” Curved Samsung Smart TV along with cable TV, & Netflix. The WiFi is 100 Mbps, and you can play Nintendo NES Classic in the living room. We are sorry, the fireplace is not for use. Please do not use or touch the fireplace. It’s not working and for safety reasons is disabled. Hunter Mountain is home to four wonderful seasons, each with their own array of actives. Come stay at the Cozy Hunter Trailside Retreat to experience your favorite time of year. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire townhouse unit. Including large ski locker to store equipment. Self check-in with digital keypad. Other things to note As with any townhome condominium complex, we have neighbors. Please try to keep loud noises to a minimum. For your safety, the safety of your property, and ours, there is a Ring Doorbell camera by the entrance to the unit that monitors traffic in and out and keeps an eye on the ski locker.
