Centrally located in a safe neighborhood of Spring Valley, LV. Get to all major attractions within minutes! The Strip and Allegiant Stadium within 15 min. Airport 20 min. Fremont Street 25 min. 24-hour Trans - Bus, Uber, and Lyft. Red Rock Canyon is only 12 min away! Please I ask: "No locals" to book without prescreening. The space We offer a clean, new, cozy, smaller but private room with attached bath with walk-in shower, in a newly remodeled 5 bed, 4 bath Spanish style home on a 1/4 acre which includes parking for guests. This is an exclusive, safe area of Las Vegas. Plenty of shopping and restaurants surround the area. Room also has a 55 inch Flat Screen TV w/Roku, Hulu, Netflix, Prime, Disney plus and Peacock Streaming. A Keurig Coffee Machine (w/reverse osmosis water) and Retro-style Fridge and Microwave in space. Walk-in shower has removable hand-held shower head, with great water pressure, and entire home has a (soft water system). Room is on lower level next to entrance. (no stairs) You don't pass through other areas of home, so you don't feel like your invading on host's privacy. No other bedrooms are on this level, and this is only space available in this home. (my other listing is not in this home) Note: I strategically chose the location of our home for our airbnb listing. The number one question I get is "how close we are to the Strip?" What tourists don't know is the closer you are to the Strip or Freemont St, the less safe the area is. Also the oldest properties surround the Strip. We are in a safe area with tons of shopping and restaurants and only minutes from the Strip and airport. Our home, The Strip and the airport are all located off Tropicana Ave and within 15 minutes. . Guest access Respecting Guest's and Owner's privacy, we ask that there are no "Shared Spaces." No Kitchen Use No Laundry Use etc. During your stay Please message me thru air bnb. Other things to note Are you looking for a car rental? We also offer a Sporty, well maintained BMW 328i, a Pristine Black Lincoln MKZ Hybrid, or a Fun FIAT 500X to drive while your visiting Las Vegas! How about camping and hiking gear? - 4 person tents - Sleeping bags - Air mattress - Automated air pump - Propane burner w/pan - Food and beverage coolers Small, medium and large - 2 sets of hiking poles - Beach chairs - Foldable chairs - Boogie boards, etc. We enjoy opening our home for the pure enjoyment of hosting. We have met and hosted people from all over the world. Costa Rica, France, Germany, Spain, the UK, Brazil, China, the United States, and even Florida, lol. Because of back to back bookings, it is most challenging to grant early arrivals or late check-outs. I will request a $20 extra charge for early check-ins, late check-outs, and luggage drop offs, (but only if available). Other than showing guests how to set the alarm and how to properly lock the front door, we respect our guest's privacy and allow them to enjoy their downtime. We work very hard and take great pride in every detail. We properly sanitize and thoroughly clean the rooms between each guest's stay. Now for the negative stuff: We usually do not accept any inquiries of potential guests without having any previous reviews from other hosts. We do not accept reservations from guests that live local in Las Vegas/ Henderson, NV. Note: We are not a Marijuana or vape friendly home. Please do not even bring the odor into our home (no exceptions) You will be asked to leave without a refund, if this rule is not observed. Extra Charge - For Stained Towels, Sheets/Blankets due to Make-up, Hair Dye, Grease or Food Stains etc. Please do not place dirty wheeled-luggage on top of white sheets or comforter. If stained, you could be held monetarily responsible for extra cleaning or the cost of the damaged items.
