Welcome to the Hilltop Lodge, a large home with a sprawling split-level deck just brimming with cultivated design and welcoming amenities. A short drive lands you at Honeysuckle beach on Hayden Lake or the Avondale Golf Course, and you're never far from the highway where you can access Coeur d'Alene to the south, or Silverwood and Sandpoint to the north. From the moment you walk in, this home-away-from-home envelopes you in comfort and style. The open concept living area boasts wood beams, leather seating, a large stone fireplace which serves as a grand focal point, beautiful windows, and a Smart TV tucked away in a the armoire. A few short steps across the hardwood floors is the dining area with a large table with seating for six and island seating for four.  The kitchen wraps around this space with honey wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a warm tile backsplash. Around the corner you will find a half bathroom and the laundry room. A breakfast nook tucked in the corner provides additional seating for two and overlooks the beautiful upper deck. When you're ready to venture outside, you'll find 1,400 square feet of brand new deck overlooking Hayden Lake with a high-quality propane BBQ grill and plenty of comfortable seating and lounging where you can enjoy family time or bask in the late-night summer air. Back inside, the main level contains a beautiful office with custom wood built-ins, French doors, and plenty of desk space and strong Wifi for your important Zoom meetings. Continue down the hall to find the first full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and ample vanity space for morning prep. The first bedroom is right next door with a queen bed and closet to store your personal items. Across the hall, you'll find the primary bedroom with a king bed, a mounted Smart TV, leather seating, private access to the deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled bathtub, walk-in closet, custom dual vanity, and large tiled shower. Travel down the stairs with the custom wood banister to the lower level where you'll find even more fun space in the large family room. With a  Smart TV, seating, and a pool table, you'll have space for the whole family. A bathroom with a standing shower can also be found on this level, as well as a bedroom for the kids with two bunk beds, a futon, and a large walk-in closet to store the luggage. Access the lower level of the deck for even more outdoor play. When you're ready for more, take a walk through this family-friendly neighborhood and enjoy the fresh mountain air. For fine dining, you'll be a quick drive from Radicci's fine Italian Restaurant, and for family fun, you're just down the street from North Idaho's famous Triple Play indoor fun zone. Once the check-in form is completed with a valid form of ID and the reservation is paid in full, access information will be available 3 days prior to your arrival. Other things to note Before you arrive, here's some information to help you prepare for your stay: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. You'll need to submit a valid form of ID through Vacation Rental Authority after booking to receive the access information. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels down to a reasonable level to respect all neighbors. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. This home welcomes up to 2 small dogs (~40lb or under), with preapproval and a paid pet fee.
