Walking distance to all amenities, two bedrooms plus sofa bed, two full bathrooms, a kitchen with all essentials, and a covered back deck and BBQ area! The space Kitchen - Fully equipped with all essentials -Portable A/C unit *please note the AC is removed during the cooler months* AC will sufficiently cool the entire home, it will NOT cool the house if doors/windows are open. Living room - Pull out couch, smart TV, and wall mounted electric fireplace Dining area - Large farmhouse style dining area Master bedroom - Kind size bed with Endy mattress, TV, large closet and large ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink Second bedroom - Queen size bed with Endy mattress, closet Main bathroom - Soaker style tub (no shower) Covered patio - Outside dining area with a BBQ! Yard - Front and back yard are both fully enclosed Guest access On-street parking is readily available on Corfield st in both directions. Parksville is the ideal location for walking or biking. Take a 30-minute bike ride to check out Coombs Country Farm to see goats on the roof! Other things to note Please note - In order to keep costs low, we do request guests who are staying during waste collection days (typically Wednesdays) to roll the corresponding bins to the curb. We will get in touch if there is a pick-up during your stay. We greatly appreciate it!! A/C - the portable AC unit is removed outside of the summer season.
