THE SPACE: The beautiful condo features beautiful floor to ceiling glass for spectacular views from any room. Cook your beach specialties in the fully stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances, a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. The wet bar features a sink and has a beverage fridge. The spacious living area is open to the kitchen and dining area with seating for six at the dining table and three at the island. For your entertainment, every bedroom has a TV. Enjoy your morning coffee on the oversized balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom! With privacy for everyone, each bedroom has its own bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite master bath with a walk-in shower, separate jetted tub and double vanities. Bedroom 2 has a queen over queen bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination. The laundry room has a full-size washer/dryer and is large enough to store your beach gear. This condo comfortably sleeps nine people. Free Wi-Fi and cable are provided during your stay. Additional information: Must be 25 to secure rental. Proof of age required. Non-smoking unit both inside and on the balcony. No pets. No parties. Max 2 vehicles allowed. Other things to note THE PROPERTY: Lagoon Tower amenities include a beautiful indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness facility and outdoor grills. The fishing pier has a fish cleaning station. The pier is available with first come/first serve boat slips. However, slips are not guaranteed, can't be reserved and off-site parking must be used for boat trailers. No motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the parking area. Your DEEDED BEACH ACCESS and private boardwalk are located just across the parking lot, (100 yards) a short 5-minute walk from the condo. A beach cart is provided for your use and a convenient outdoor shower is available to wash sand away. The sugar white sand beaches of Gulf Shores are like no other and it's time to treat yourself to this oasis! THE AREA: If you want to venture out, enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or San Roc Cay in Orange Beach. Visit The Wharf for shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Enjoy a delicious meal at the many local restaurants. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Other local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.
