Pets must be under 75 lbs, and the non-refundable pet fee is a $300 addition included in the rate for all bookings made after July 15, 2025. If you are not bringing a pet, call us to have this removed. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Maximum of 3 cars! No street parking, no parking in the yard or across the street. Garage and 2 cars in the driveway only. This property is under 24 hour video surveillance. Cameras are pointed away from the home and do not face any interior areas. *Ring Camera on the front door
