You can feel completely comfortable in this home getting your work done remotely. The kitchen has enough room to make a workspace. While you're here, be sure to checkout the backyard area. Provided with a grill and beautiful firepit! Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking available for permit holders, and yes, we provide a permit :) Plenty of things to do around the area, including a park in walking distance, the State Capitol Museum, Old Sac, Farmer's Markets, dining, shopping and more! You will be able to self check in upon arrival. Other things to note ■ Check in time is AFTER 4pm and checkout is BY 11am. We are pretty flexible if you ASK US IN ADVANCE. ■ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. ■ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property. ■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. ■ As a reminder, no smoking is allowed at our property. If we discover that a guest has smoked in our home, they will incur a $250 charge to cover the costs of cleaning the property. ■ Checkout is 11am, which gives us enough time to have the home properly cleaned and sanitized before the next guest arrives.
