Traveling with children? Please be aware that the house has stairs WITHOUT baby gates. If you want to travel light we would be happy to provide a pack-n-play and high chair upon request. Let us know what you need and we'll be happy to take care of you! Guest access You'll have the entire house and grounds to yourself, with the exception of a locked cleaning closet. Please note, our outdoor maintenance crew may visit the property during your stay including for snow removal if needed as early as first light. They will do their best not disrupt your stay. Check in is at 5pm and check out time is by 10am. We do our best to accommodate early check in and/or late check out requests. We offer these based upon our housekeeping team's approval as their schedule can be demanding and for an additional fee. Please note, the earliest check in time available is 2pm and the latest checkout time we can accommodate is noon. Other things to note Photo ID & deposit required for all reservations. Minimum age to rent this property is 25. No smoking of any kind inside, please. Our team sets out linens appropriate to the number of people on your reservation so please make sure your reservation accurately reflects the number in your party. Be aware that we charge a $30/night fee for additional guests after 4. Guests must be able to climb stairs. The driveway is steep and north facing, so it may have ice and snowpack during cold weather. We highly recommend a 4WD vehicle during snowy times of the year. If you do not feel comfortable driving up the driveway you may park on the street and walk up.
