The FOX Tiny Home @ The Retreat at Water's Edge

Welcome to The FOX, our beloved tiny home nestled in the woods of beautiful Tracy City, TN. After nearly two years, we've finally completed building our dream home, and we are excited to share it with you. Inside the home you'll find many of Kelly's custom creations that were designed to make the space totally unique. We hope you experience a peaceful, relaxing vacation when staying at our home. The space This is a 400 sq ft tiny home! Get ready for a super cozy time with your friends or loved ones. Despite the square footage, you'll find everything you need: living room with 55" TV, full chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer, full bathroom with tub, a loft with two twin beds, bunkbeds in the hall, and a private master suite equipped with a queen bed and private television. Outside you'll find 400 sq ft of decking, including a screened porch with dining table, a deck overlooking the firepit with dining for six and a propane grill, and another covered deck located off the master bedroom. Our firepit is yours to enjoy! There's also plenty of outdoor space for the kids to run around, with good vantage points from both the front and rear decks for parents to keep an eye on them. Note: -Snowfall is possible during the winter months. The roads in the neighborhood are mostly level, but they will likely not be plowed at all if there is snow on the ground. The roads in the area outside the neighborhood are generally well maintained, but do exercise caution if driving in snow. -The outdoor firepit is available 24/7/365! We will provide a way for you to remove snow should snowfall occur during your visit. Guest access Our home is part of The Retreat at Water's Edge, a tiny home community located in the beautiful mountains of Tracy City, TN. As our guest, you'll have access to all of the neighborhood's amenities: lake access for kayaking, a hiking trail, and community pavilions and firepits. Please note that the neighborhood is still under construction, so there may be workers present intermittently during the day on weekdays and some weekends. You'll also have access to the amenities at The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls, including their hiking trail down to the privately owned Deer Lick Falls waterfall.
