We are conveniently located just a block and a half from a flat and sandy beach, the very best in San Diego! If you head East, you are also a short stroll from the famous Del Mar Race Track & Fair Grounds! Del Mar's Dog Beach and The Del Mar Village are also just a short stroll on foot. Our unique duplex features panoramic views, a lush exterior landscape, and an enclosed outdoor shower. Pack up the family and experience the very best that this dynamic beach town has to offer. 2 Bedroom, 2 baths - Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, sleeps 2 & a crib - Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, sleeps 2 - 2 Baths- Downstairs has an enclosed outdoor shower, as well as an indoor shower. HOUSE RULES - Max occupancy at all times: 4 - Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am - NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, EXTRA GUESTS BEYOND 4 PEOPLE, OR EVENTS ALLOWED - Strictly enforced. - 1 PET ALLOWED - There is a $50 pet fee per night. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets alone unattended during your stay. - There shall be no video, still photography, or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. - SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. PLEASE NOTE: - This home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. - There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is located on the driveway - The backyard space is shared with the other duplex. Please inquire if you have any questions. - Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
