I recently purchased this charming duplex and I live in the apartment upstairs with my toy poodle, Sammy. The guest apartment is an open concept space with its own private entrance and an adjoining door to my apartment that stays locked during your stay. Through the front door you enter in to the open kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, Keurig machine, stocked snack basket and tea drawer. Please note there is no stove/traditional oven. The living room consists of a comfy deep couch, arm chair, TV with: cable, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. The bedroom is open to the living room with a very comfortable new queen size bed, open closet with hangers, an air purifier, and a closet with a brand new stackable washer and dryer set. The bathroom consists of a standing shower, extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, feminine products, and a first aid kit. **This is a temperature controlled space** - FREE WiFi, Cable, Netlfix, and Amazon Video - Extra pillows and blankets provided - Central Air - Covered front porch -Driveway parking - Kitchenette including a sink, a full sized fridge, a Keurig machine, electric kettle, tea drawer, and a toaster oven - Walk-in shower I am available for questions by phone or text! The apartment is located right in the Historical District of Downtown Lewisburg. The apartment shares my private driveway. Local shops and restaurants are within a 5-7 minute walking distance. This is a self-serve apartment. I live upstairs and I'm attentive when needed or requested. Otherwise, I like to give my guests privacy and space.
