Come experience tiny living at its finest. This 10x24 square foot building (with a 10x10 loft) has all the amenities of your full sized home with the luxuries the world's top hotels. Nestled among the trees, you'll find yourself taking advantage of the private trail access to over 300 miles of some of the world's BEST single track mountain biking trails by day, using our bike wash station and bike garage for securing your bikes for the evening, and sitting under the twinkle lights and firepit of the large patio. Not interested in biking? Think of The Drop Inn as your in-town peaceful glamping experience. Located only 2 miles from the Bentonville Square, you choose if you'll enjoy some of our town's restaurants, museums, and nightlife or if a cold drink and a book on the patio seem more your speed. Whatever your getaway commands, The Drop Inn will not disappoint. ***Please NOTE*** The ceiling height is 6'4" in the bathroom and kitchen and our lofted bedroom is a "crawl-in" style loft. You will not be able to stand straight up in this area of the home. Our Lazy Boy pull out couch is on the lower level and has 10 foot+ ceilings. Guest access Private access. Please park in front of The Drop Inn sign and follow the lit path through your private gated entrance. A private access code to the home will be sent to you before your arrival. Other things to note This home may be "tiny" but it sure doesn't feel that way nor and every amenity has been thought of from endless hot water to a laundry center to smart tvs and the most comfortable mattress by Saatva. You can't get any closer to the mountain biking trails of Northwest Arkansas! Located directly on Ozone Trail at Slaughter Pen Bike Park, use your own private drop in trail to ride all day. Just grab your bike out of the bike garage and take off for a day of fun. Don't forget to enjoy the beautiful patio complete with several sitting areas and a firepit as well. When you return, grab a drink and head outside to one of our 3 sitting areas on the patio. Will you rock the afternoon away on the glider, prop your feet up on the fire pit and watch the glow (we do have an endless supply of firewood for your stay), or head to our dining area for a bite to eat?
