The space When you picture your beach vacation, does it include ocean views from every window? If so, you've found the perfect spot in "Sandy Sunrise". This two bedroom 2nd floor condo at Sand Pebbles will amaze you with it's spectacular views. Every. Single. Window. Wake up early and see the sunrise from your own room, or step outside on the balcony for a wide angled view and smell the delicious salt air. Gaze for a little while and you might even be treated to a passing pod of dolphins. Prepare your meals in the well stocked kitchen and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while watching the sunrise from the balcony. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed along with a dresser and large closet. The second bedroom has two Twin beds with pull out dresser drawers for the kids to stash all their treasures. If you need the extra space there is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The Sand Pebbles complex has two pools, and two private walkways to the beach with outdoor showers. Take a stroll North along the beach for a visit to the Boardwalk. It's also an easy walk to many local events around the lake and restaurants. The Sand Pebbles oceanfront condominium complex is located within walking distance to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Carolina Beach Lake and Tiki Bar on the pier. The complex boasts two in-ground pools and two private walkways to the beach with outdoor showers. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Bedding Recap: Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Sofa Bed Parking: TWO parking passes are included with reservation. Parking spots are not reserved or guaranteed and are first come, first serve. Pet Policy: No pets or dogs allowed. House Rule #16 outlines the process for Emotional Support and Service Animals as well as penalty fees that will be applied to your account should a pet be brought to a home that does not accept pets. Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Golf Carts Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the building and our provided by the HOA. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable). The person who books must be at least 25 and stay at the property for the entire reservation. • After You Book Keep an eye on the email address provided once your booking is confirmed! You’ll receive a message titled “Bryant Real Estate Rental Agreement.” Sometimes it lands in Promotions or Marketing folders, depending on your email settings. This email includes important steps to complete your reservation. • Travel Insurance We recommend purchasing Trip Preserver travel insurance from Red Sky – so you can plan for the unexpected. Whether it's an illness, a weather event, lost baggage, or canceled flights that prevent travel or interrupt your vacation, Trip Preserver covers a wide range of events to help keep your vacation dreams alive. The travel insurance cost and option will be on your emailed rental agreement. • Cancellation Policy o Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. o Cancel 31+ days before arrival: full refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel within 15 days of arrival: no refund.
