The hot tub is located under the stars at night and is very peaceful. Downstairs is another space for your family to enjoy or watch tv. You are welcome to use the whole house and land behind the house, we reserved the garage. Call/text me anytime you need anything! A little piece of heaven located 4 miles East of Hays sitting on 80 acres with a million dollar view! With no neighbors within a mile you can relax and enjoy the quiet life or go for a hike around the property. Finish off your night relaxing in the hot tub or take a jet bath in the master bathroom tub! Free parking in the driveway which can accommodate quite a few vehicles. There is a covey of quail and some pheasants that live on the property and we have turtles in the pond and ducks/geese that frequent our pond. There are also deer that cross our ground to access the creek to the North. Keep your eyes open while you are staying with us and you may get to see some wildlife!
