This property was created to be the perfect modern desert hideaway for travelers from all over the world. Wake up to the sunrise with towering 10 foot windows, stargaze from the private hot tub surrounded by lush desert flora and hang out by the fire pit under the stars. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for home cooked meals that can be enjoyed on the expansive deck with unforgettable views of the desert and JT village below. Each of the two bedrooms has a Keetsa King sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. They are located on opposite ends of the house for optimum privacy. The open floor plan living area includes a 55” LG 4K OLED flat screen with streaming TV for cozy movie nights in. Come for the weekend or stay a while in our lovingly curated homestead. Plus, the park entrance is less than a ten minute drive. There are few experiences as dreamy as the park’s rugged rock formations and stark desert landscape. Our home is also centrally located between Pioneertown, Landers and Twentynine Palms. Your opportunities for relaxation and adventure are limitless with the entire High Desert within reach. It’s best to get around by car. Uber are not very reliable. Lucky 777 cab is the popular local option to get where you need to go. • Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • CLEANING FEE As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. • PETS This home has a very strict "NO pet policy" we do not allow any pets of any. More information in the house rules. • CAMERA Outdoor forward facing recording camera for safety and security. Never inside of the home. The property has a security camera or recording device capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. We require hosts to inform guests of any such camera or device located in a common area—even if it will be turned off during a guest’s stay. We prohibit security cameras or recording devices in private spaces like bedrooms, bathrooms, or sleeping areas. • ROAD TO THE HOUSE There is one road to the house is a dirt road. An SUV wont be needed as they are maintained dirt roads but they can be a little bumpy. • A/C & Heater Sagebrush Bungalow is cooled and heated by mini splits in each room to keep you comfortable all year long. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine. • WIFI Desert WiFi can be super spotty and can go in and out. We have the best service for our rural area and there should be reliable WiFi during your stay. We would recommend this property for a "working from home" house. • HOT TUB - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above for use of the pool, spa and guest policy.
