With the money you save preparing your own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, you can rent bikes, Nordic skis or snow shoes and explore the easily accessible trails right out the door. If you brought your own gear, we have indoor ski and gear storage. Right around the block every morning you can pick up the free town shuttle, decorated by local artists, and arrive directly at Mt. If you are not up for the short walk to downtown in the other direction, the same town shuttle will bring you to Elk Avenue, Crested Butte's authentic western main street. Crested Butte's downtown shops, restaurants, and bars are filled with their own adventures - mountain gear, good food, and plenty of live music. Stop by the Public House, a modern Colorado saloon, for a Colorado raised beef burger or a Beyond Veg burger and a locally brewed Irwin Brewing Company (IBC) beer. You can also pick up an IBC growler to enjoy back at the flat.
