There is also seating on the upper deck and back patio for your whole group to enjoy time together around the fire pit. Garage has been converted into an activity room with ping pong, corn hole, foosball table, games, large screen TV. The upper unit of the duplex has 3 bedrooms/2 baths. The lower unit has 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath. Both units have a full kitchen, living, dining and washer/dryer. The two unit are connected with an interior door near the stairway. Each unit also have their own exterior entrances. Plenty of room to gather as well as have "your own space" Family friendly with high chair, booster seats, stroller, safety gate, toddler portable bed, toys and outdoor play! You will have full access to all of the house. We will be available to guests during their stay. We live just 5 minutes away. The house is located in Elkhorn Estates. It is a residential neighborhood with homes on large lots. The Fall River runs through the neighborhood. It is only 3 miles to RMNP and a short walk to downtown Estes Park. There is parking for 2 vehicles near the upper entrance. Two additional cars can be parked near the lower entrance. Please let us know if you will have more than 4 vehicles.
