Community amenities badges are for 10$ per person per stay, children under 5 years old are free. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. If any amenity (outdoor pools, tennis court, etc.) is not accessible due to weather conditions, maintenance, bun ban, high level of bacteria, or any other circumstance homeowner should not be held liable for lack of usage of above -mentioned amenities and will not refund any money. 2 kayaks are located on Boulder Lake. You can use unlimited ! This community has its own walking trail with a creek running to it. Follow the red signs when driving park by it. This house attracts wildlife .Deer come in almost daily. Fold it in half (don't lift, lifter the up, stays in the same position on the half of the cover)push back , cover stop on the back of the hot tub.
