The name Lagniappe means “a little something extra” in French, and that idea carries through the home in small, intentional touches designed to make your stay feel effortless and memorable. Set in the Smoky Mountains near Gatlinburg and Sevierville, the home accommodates up to 8 guests and works well for families and groups traveling together. Bedroom 1 The primary bedroom features a king bed and natural wood finishes that bring a grounded, restful feel to the space. It’s designed for quiet rest after a day in the Smokies. Bedroom 2 This room includes a bunk bed setup and warm wood detailing throughout. It’s a practical space for children or additional guests, with a relaxed, cabin-style atmosphere. Bedroom 3 A queen bed sits in a calm, simple setting with soft wood textures and a focus on rest and privacy. Living Room The main living area centers around a gas fireplace and comfortable seating, framed by rustic wood accents. It’s a shared space for conversation, reading, or slowing down after time outdoors. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and warm wood cabinetry. The layout supports easy cooking and casual meals, whether you’re preparing breakfast or gathering for dinner. Dining Area An open layout connects the kitchen and living spaces, with two dining tables and seating that adapts to both group meals and more casual moments together. Bathrooms The home includes two full bathrooms with bathtubs and one half bath. One full bathroom is en-suite, while the second is shared. Each space combines natural wood elements with clean, modern finishes for a simple and comfortable setup. Game Room The game room includes a pool table and arcade games, offering a dedicated space for entertainment and friendly competition indoors. This is your base in the Smokies—where days stretch a little longer, and evenings feel like they actually belong to you. Guest access • Guests have full access to the entire property, including all amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Relax in the soothing hot tub or take advantage of the outdoor grill for a perfect barbecue evening. • As we are in the mountains, cable isn't available. Bring your own Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming service login and enjoy. • There is parking for three vehicles on the level, paved driveway, along with security cameras for your security. Other things to note ● No 3rd party reservations ● Security Exterior security cameras monitor the front door and parking area. Tampering with cameras or WiFi will result in immediate cancellation without a refund. Travel Insurance is recommended for cancellations outside the free period. ● Outdoor Grill A large, covered park-style grill is available for guest use. Please bring your own charcoal and dispose of ash in the provided ash can. ● Wildlife Awareness Bears and critters roam the area—do not feed or approach them. Keep car windows up, doors locked, and avoid leaving food in your vehicle. ● Trash Disposal All trash should be securely bagged and placed in the bear-proof container, ensuring the latch is locked. If the bins are full, contact us for removal.
