The space Our dock on Zukey Lake is yours to relax on. Our Lake lot is directly across from our large yard... Feel free to enjoy our kayaks (4), paddle boat, paddle boards (2), and water bike to explore the beautiful Zukey Lake at no extra cost. Life jackets available on the beach. In the winter months you can enjoy ice fishing & ice skating on Zukey Lake. Mt Brighton is very close for the downhill ski enthusiast plus Bishop Lake Trails, also in Brighton, is great for cross country skiers. I can't forget to mention Kensington Park for an awesome sledding hill and toboggan run - great for ALL ages! Do know that our dock is "seasonal" and is usually in from May until Oct. Sometimes we can put the dock in the water in April, but it depends on our lovely Michigan weather. Please inquire before booking, if you need to know. We are located in Pinckney, MI where Golf courses, Disc Golf, paintball, and airsoft fields are just minutes away! The Legacy center, a place where baseball and soccer tournaments/games are played, is also within a few miles. 2 cars in driveway ONLY. There are nearby common areas you can park in and carpool from that are only 1/2 mile away. At times, we may have 1 more spot available. Please inquire if needed. The 2 bedrooms are located in our bonus space above our finished garage/bar area, which is a separate structure from the main house (attached via a breezeway), so our paths rarely cross, but we are always available by phone call or text. We are social people, so feel free to visit with us when you do see us outside, if you wish. The 3rd room in your space has a futon for sleeping needs and is an office/movie/game room. Enjoy the 65" TV, PS2, PS3, and a variety of movies for the DVD player. Printer and USB charging cords also available for your use in this room. Relax on the deck off this room with stairs that lead down to the large yard & Volleyball court. The bathroom is located on main floor attached to the bar/kitchen area. Guest access You will receive a personal code that changes with each guest 1-2 days prior to your arrival. You have access to Bedrooms, living space, Bon Jodi's bar, private bath, bon fire pit, sand volleyball court, large yard, lake access/dock and beach with beach chairs provided. Enjoy our 4 kayaks, paddle boat, paddle boards, & water bike. Other things to note There is a Queen size Aerobed located in the "Lakeside" bedroom closet with extra sheets for both the futons and the aerobed if needed. The bar/kitchen area does not have an oven, but does have an induction cook top, griddle, and outdoor grill, along with all accessories you might need. All dogs need to be on leashes when in the yard or down at the lake, so they do not disturb the neighbors or use the neighbor's yards for their bathroom needs. Refer to the binder, on the upstairs table, for local restaurants, entertainment, and any info you may need during you stay. We also have a great guidebook you can look at on this site.
