There is a large fenced yard with hot tub, BBQ and gas fire pit. Several outdoor seating areas on the wrap-around deck accommodate multiple people making it great for relaxing after a day of wine tasting or beachcombing. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and a $100 non-refundable pet fee for eachpet per week or portion of a week. Please share your dog’s name, breed, and weight at the time of booking, and we’ll send you our pet policy and payment request after booking. Dogs must not be left unattended outdoors and must be respectful of furniture and space. Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please move any activity indoors after that time. We are not responsible for any electrical issues you may encounter if you overload the older electrical system of this home by plugging in a vehicle Other things to note There are four (4) security cameras on the outside perimeter of the house that are recording both audio and video 24/7. Two in the front, one in the back, and a ring doorbell. Tampering with the camera system in any way is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. Our cleaners may periodically enter the garage from the outside door to do laundry for the cottage unit. They do not enter the home and you are free to lock the door between the home and the garage if you wish.
