The space Every detail of the home has been carefully curated to reflect a 5-star hotel experience while still offering all of the comforts of home. Primary Bedroom: A complete oasis featuring a king-size bed outfitted with a Nectar mattress and luxury linens. Both firm and soft pillows are available to suit each guest's preferred level of comfort. Plantation shutters allow you to sleep in complete darkness at night while allowing the sunlight to flood in during the day. The vintage lighting/fan combo will soothe you to sleep with its white noise reminiscent of a box fan while encased in much prettier packaging. The writing desk provides an ideal workspace, while the luxe vintage velvet armchair and footstool create the perfect reading corner. Grand mirror punctuates the overall elegance of the room while providing a perfect place to check out your Savannah fashion finds. The en suite bathroom features a double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a water closet flanked on one end with a large walk-in closet with built-in shelving. The bathroom is stocked with cotton rounds, makeup wipes, q-tips, Savannah Bee Co hand soap, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, & body wash). Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are stocked in the primary bedroom closet. Upstairs Guest Bedroom: This guest bedroom with en suite bathroom is decorated to reflect the genteel charm and elegance of Savannah. The room is located on the third floor with a river view. The queen-sized sleigh bed is outfitted with a Nectar mattress and luxury linens. Plantation shutters allow you to sleep in complete darkness at night while allowing the sunlight to flood in during the day. The marble and wrought iron stacking side table can be reconfigured to allow for a side table on either side of the bed, or simply expanded to double the surface area. The room also features an armoire for additional storage with a television for streaming your favorite shows. The room comes complete with an exquisite crystal chandelier with an inset ceiling fan. The en suite bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and is stocked with makeup wipes, q-tips, cosmetic rounds, Savannah Bee Co hand soap, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, & body wash). The metal stacking side table can be reconfigured to allow for a side table on either side of the bed, or simply expanded to double the surface area. The industrial lighting fixture has hidden fan blades that extend out to provide extra cooling. The en suite bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and is stocked with makeup wipes, q-tips, cosmetic rounds, Savannah Bee Co hand soap, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, & body wash). Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are stocked in the closet. Kitchen: While it may not be best described as a full-fledged chef's kitchen, I think most home chefs can agree that it is adequately outfitted to whip up an elegant meal. The kitchen features high-end Kitchenaid appliances including a gas range with griddle, microwave drawer, French door refrigerator with filtered water, and dishwasher. Bone china dinnerware for indoor dining and beautiful Pottery Barn melamine dinnerware and platters for outdoor dining along with Mikasa flatware ensure an elegant table setting that can be taken over the top with an assortment of mercury candle votive holders and LED candles. There are plenty of wine glasses, drinking glasses, rocks glasses, and even an ice mold for the perfect cocktail on the rocks. The kitchen is thoroughly stocked with essential cookware, utensils, and serving dishes. Host provides a spice rack, salt and pepper grinders, and olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Condiment packets of mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard are kept in the refrigerator. You can create all of your coffee house favorites with the Terra Kaffe espresso machine. The host attempts to keep stocked whole bean coffee in a sanitary food dispenser along with an assortment of sweeteners. Assorted tea bags are available along with a Le Creuset tea kettle. The recessed soap dispenser is filled with Savannah Bee Co hand soap and the host stocks dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and an assortment of cleaning supplies in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Three adjustable-height barstools are tucked under the island for eat-in dining. Living Room: The kitchen and living room open onto one another, which also leads to the outdoor deck, creating an ideal gathering/entertaining space. The super plush down-filled sofa doubles as a queen-sized sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The host has replacement cushions and slipcovers and frequently washes all sofa covers to ensure a clean and sanitary home. The coffee table ottoman features four nesting stools for additional seating and is topped with table-sized tray and coasters for beverages. The 60" 4K smart TV comes with Hulu Live, NFL Sunday Ticket, and access to all of your streaming services. You can find an assortment of games inside the console table drawers. Dining Room: The elegant dining room overlooks the Savannah riverfront through three large windows framed by floor-to-ceiling velvet curtains. The concrete topped dining table and white slipcovered chairs provides seating for six. The bar cart provides a perfect location for practicing your mixology skills and comes complete with a bar book, decanter, rocks glasses and bar tools. Deck: Overlooking the Savannah skyline, the outdoor deck comes complete with a gas grill and grill utensils, an outdoor dining table with fire pit and large, lighted umbrella. Weather permitting, you will likely find yourself spending many of your mornings and evenings in this outdoor space. Powder Room: Conveniently located on the main living level with the kitchen, living room, dining room and deck, the powder room is a half-bathroom with toilet and large pedestal sink. Laundry Room: Laundry room has a full-sized front loading washer and dryer. Host provides a limited number of laundry pods and dryer sheets to each guest. Laundry room also houses an ironing board and iron. Garage: The two-car garage houses an EV charger and is stocked with outdoor chairs. There is also a driveway to accommodate two additional cars. Children/Infants: A Graco Pack 'n Play Playard w/Reversible Seat & Changer, two-sided mattress and mattress covers are kept in the primary bedroom closet. We do NOT have any baby gates or security features specific to children available in the home. Security System: There is a monitored security alarm available for guest use. Host has a camera installed at the front door and driveway to ensure that the space remains secure, even when unoccupied. Games: Indoor games available in living room console table drawers. Outdoor games available in garage cabinet for use at nearby parks and green spaces or the beach. Extras: Sofa bed linens, beach towels, beach bag and cooler. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet on the main level. Other things to note Home is part of Savannah's newest riverfront development, Eastern Wharf, which features a mix of residential, hotels, office, retail and outdoor park space. New places are opening all of the time and Eastern Wharf features concerts, lawn activities and fitness classes at the park which is available to the public. You can walk next door to the Thompson Hotel and dine at one of their three eating venues, or grab a cup of coffee and pastry at The Stevedore Bakery. Additional dining, shopping, fitness and day spa options are slated to open soon including Squirrel's Pizza, Woodhouse Spa, Otium Studios Boutique Fitness, Latin Chicks and Mint to be Mojito, Coop de Ville (fast casual dining and arcade gaming), and Syd Nichole Fashion and Flowers. Savannah offers a free shuttle service with a stop next to The Thompson Hotel. This is the most convenient way to get to the center of Savannah or Forsyth Park and is air conditioned/heated and very clean. The drivers are very helpful if you tell them where you are trying to go. Make sure to check connectonthedot for routes and schedules. There is a public dock directly in front of the community where you and your guests can be picked up for a number of excursions including beach and nature excursions and even a sharks tooth hunting adventure. There are a number of parks and green spaces throughout the community and the host stocks outdoor games in a cabinet in the garage space for use at the parks or the nearby beaches.
