This is a ground level apt in NW OKC. It has easy access to I-44, 235 and Hefner Parkway. It is minutes from everything fun to do in OKC including Plaza District, Midtown, Paseo, Downtown, Automobile Alley and more. This place is perfect for someone wanting an apartment size place with no stairs. We also tout a full kitchen and welcome pets. Like with any other lower level apartment, you may hear sounds from the apartment above. We have instituted quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am and a no shoe rule in the apartment above. We also provide earplugs and white noise machines in both bedrooms in the lower apartment. If you are highly sensitive to noise, we don’t recommend booking this apartment. Ask us about the upper apartment if you feel this could be an issue for you. Please also look at these house rules before booking your stay. NO SMOKING. We installed a device that will let us know if any cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, nicotine and any other type of substance are being used on our property. If you trip the device, you will be automatically fined $150. If cigarette butts are found outside after your stay, it we will fine you $50/cigarette butt. We are very close to the Plaza District and all the fun it has to offer. The neighborhood is in the process of being revitalized, our property is part of the houses that have already been redone. There is a bus stop 3 blocks away from our house, but I wouldn't recommend the bus as it is still quite slow. We are a quick Uber or Lyft ride from anywhere you want to go. This apt has industrial cement floors making it the perfect place for furry friends. You’ll also find dog bowls located by the door, treats on a kitchen shelf and potty bags in the black bin. Our pet fee is $25 per pet. All furry friends must be potty trained, house trained and we ask that owners clean up any droppings left in the yard. Please also keep pets off the furniture out of respect for future guests who may have allergies to dogs or cats. Lastly, any damage found after the stay will result in a fee equal to the amount of damage done. We love pets and wish we didn’t have to include this, but know things happen. We also have to look out for our property and keep it in tip top shape for future guests too. Fenced area for pets too behind the apartments! It is a shared space between the two apartments.
