Enjoy the comforts of home in this remodeled (June 2021) 3 bedroom, 2 bath house located on a quiet dead end street in walking distance to the Outer Banks most magnificent sunsets! The space Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this home is minutes away and a from Restaurants, Grocery stores, Convenient Stores, Shopping, Movie theaters, Mini Golf, bike paths, the ocean, and the sound side! Once you arrive, you will walk up the stairs of the covered front porch where there is a seating area for 4, and swing for 2, and a large table with bench seating for outdoor dining or just enjoying a few cocktails! The spacious living room includes a sleeper sofa, love seat, and chaise lounge chair. There is also a flat screen Fire stick TV and a small desk and office chair for working on your PC. The dining room has a table seating for 6 and there is a kitchen island with 4 barstools. The kitchen is well stocked with a stainless steel fridge with an ice maker, a dishwasher, microwave, stove, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, cooking utensils, grilling utensils, a small crock pot, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dish and hand soap, salt and pepper, some spices, cooking oil, and coffee to get you through the first morning! There are also a few empty cabinets to store all of your groceries as well as dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, dryer sheets and extra trash bags. The bed sheets and towels are also provided for your stay. Beach towels are available upon request before the day of check in. Each queen bedroom has USB ports and lamps on either side of the headboards. The master has a flat screen smart TV and lamps on both sides of the bed with USB ports. Laundry baskets and hangers are also provided in all of the closets and each bedroom has blackout curtains. The large back porch has bench seating and below is a ground level porch with a hammock, more seating, a horseshoe pit, a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower. In the garage you can enjoy use of a ping pong table, foosball table, dart board and a ring toss game. The washer and dryer are also located in the garage along with beach chairs and sand toys. There is enough parking for atleast four cars in the driveway and also a couple of spots in front of the magnolia bushes along the road side. Do NOT park in the road. You will get a ticket. Guest access The Entire upstairs level and the garage as well as the front and back fenced in yard are at your disposal. There is a small storage area on the bottom level to the right of the garage for owner use only which stays locked as well as two owner closets. One is at the end of the hallway and the other is in the hall bathroom. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood with lots of year round local residents so please be courteous and obey the 10pm noise ordinance. We hope you enjoy your stay at our home.
