This cozy, family friendly house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths & a fully stocked kitchen, with 1 King 2 Queen & a sofa bed. Each bedroom has own UHD smart TV & a ceiling fan. It has a home gym, a fully fenced-in backyard & a beautiful gazebo perfect for kids/dogs or cookout. Excellent location: right off N279 in North Pgh, 5-8 min. to Downtown/stadium/Convention Center/Heinz field/Strip District/PNC park, universities, museums, & hospitals, or Ross Park Mall/McCandless Crossing on McKnight The space There are two bedrooms on the main level of the house, with a King and a Queen bed, a ceiling fan, and its own Smart TV. The basement has a bedroom suite with a queen bed & a full bath. These three rooms can comfortably sleep 6 adult guests. Additionally, there is a full size futon/sofa bed in the game room in the basement. Our house is perfect for UPMC patients who need kidney or liver transplant, and we have served numerous families for those purposes. We have also proudly hosted numerous athletes such as Steelers and Pirates players. Text the host for extra discount on longer-term/extended stay. Guest access Guests have access to all space of the whole house, the patio and the fully fenced in backyard, except the garage. Other things to note Each bedroom has its own UHD smart TV, with access to many TV options including Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime videos, Roku TV and YouTube, etc. Pets are welcome with a fixed pet fee for each stay, up to 2 dogs (if more than 2, please text the host). There is a beautiful gazebo in the fully fenced-in backyard, with a nice Weber grill and outdoor kitchen for guests to enjoy cookout in summer and fall! Guests will receive check-in instruction on the early morning of the day they arrive, along with a code for the smart-lock.
