Visit the heart of Lake Muskoka in this newly built 3 bedroom family friendly year round cottage. Located on Walker's Point on Lake Muskoka, you are within an easy driving distance of Gravenhurst, Bala, Port Carling and Bracebridge. Enjoy the scenic 2 level view from the living and dining room and kitchen on the main level, and the spectacular view from the loft and Primary bedroom with huge windows upstairs. Not suitable for party weekends. Primary renter must be a minimum of 25 years of age The space With over 200 feet of waterfront, you will enjoy much privacy. The cottage is set up on a hill, so expect to do stairs up to the cottage, and down to spacious dock. Once you arrive at the dock, you won't want to leave. With over 900 square feet of dock, there is plenty of room for everyone. Colourful Muskoka chairs await you on the dock for your relaxing pleasure. This is a family friendly cottage, located within 2 hours drive of the GTA, on a year round municipal maintained road. The cottage is perched on top of a hill, so you will enjoy the elevated view of Lake Muskoka from the wall of windows that the cottage offers. The extensive decking around the cottage allows you to follow the sun, and enjoy the recliner chairs, as well as the 8 person patio dining set. The 2 bedroom on the main level have patio doors that access the decking. The open floor plan allows you to enjoy your guests whether you are in the well appointed kitchen, sitting at the live edge island, at the harvest table in the dining room or in the cozy living room. All bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens are provided for your stay. We also have basic spices, olive oil, tea and coffee provided with compliments. This is a family friendly cottage, and is not suitable for party weekends. Parking for 4 vehicles allowed. The rental rate is based on 2 adults. Children under 16 stay for free. There is an "Extra Guest Fee" of $ 75 per person per night for any adult after the first 2 adults. This allows us to rent the cottage to a couple, or a family at a reasonable fee. Renters will sign a Rental Agreement at check in. Minimum age of renter must be 25 years of age. There is a limit of 6 adults that can stay at the cottage. Guest access Walker's Point has many cottage roads that are excellent for a gentle stroll, or biking. The cottage is well set back from the road, and there is plenty of parking available. There is a local Walker's Point Community Centre that offers tennis courts, a playground, library, and hiking trails. Other things to note There are plenty of stairs down to the dock, but there are rest platform where you can sit and enjoy the view from many vantage points. The cottage can sleep 6 adults. Cottagers will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement at time of check in. Primary renter must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
