We value quality products to make your stay as comfortable as possible: - All memory foam mattresses and pillows are in allerease protectors for allergy and bedbug protection -All 100% cotton towels and cotton sheets. Master queen bed has 680 thread count sheets, and all others are organic sheets from Pottery Barn. -Disinfecting cleaning products are effective against coronavirus and do not have harsh chemicals. Apt Layout: Walk into the office space with a cozy fireplace and a twin daybed + trundle. High speed Wifi for work & streaming. The office space overlooks the balcony and a great view of the church outside. Open living room has a 55" Smart TV for all your streaming. The newly renovated kitchen has Dawn, Keurig with Starbucks kcups, and stocked for you to use! The bathroom has a claw foot tub for soaking! We also provide Tide pods for your laundry emergencies. The bedroom has a pillowtop, soft Queen mattress and 680 thread count sheets. We use 100% cotton towels and organic cotton sheets on the daybeds. All duvet covers are from Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel. *note that in the summer, there is patio furniture and window AC units. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment + basement for laundry Fireplace is not available for use. Other things to note Parking is along the street. Shared laundry room is available in the basement. We provide Tide pods for any laundry emergencies during your stay. For your security, we have Ring doorbell on the front door. For stays longer than 28 days, we require signed rental agreement and security deposit.
