Located in the heart of Poconos, this lovely lakefront 4 BR house has all amenities you are looking for! We have added promotions for weekdays! The house has a well lit living room, dining room, kitchen, and a play room. Pets $100/Night (max 2) The back yard with the deck and the view of the lake is something you will never forget... We are close to Kalahari, ski resorts and the outlet malls. Come enjoy this spectacular lake front home as a vacation get away, to make life time memories! The space Well lit living room, play room with pool table, kitchen in level 1 with 4 bed rooms in level 2, one 1/2 bathroom in level 1, 2 full bathrooms located in level 2 The kitchen opens into a large 2 level deck with a spectacular view to the back yard and the lake. There are lounge chairs, hammock, swing, fire pit in the back yard. Guest access Access the beach, swimming pools, mini golf and tennis courts in the community. Guest Card amenity pass access can be obtained at the Welcome Center at a price. Other things to note There is a pet fee of 100 $/ night for up-to 2 pets. Please keep outside shoes at the front door or wear shoe boots The house is located by Lake Carobeth, with easy access from the backyard. We have 3 single and one tandem kayaks for guest use. We also have a small paddle boat for 2 people. Life vests are in the dock and compulsory when using the kayaks and boats. We have 2 hammocks, a swing and plenty of outdoor chairs and seating. Fire pit is near the lake, guests must bring their own logs should they want to use it. We have a few yard games as well. When departing, please -throw trash in the garbage cans located in the front yard - turn down the thermostat to 60 degrees - turn off the TV & fire place if you were using them
