Relax with the whole family at this cute, small, peaceful place to stay, close to Fort Wayne, State Road 69, Kendallville, Avilla, and Waterloo. Family and Pets are welcome:)The only fee I charge is the nightly fee and cleaning, there are no additional surprises from me. I stock the home to make it feel like it's your home and I appreciate that you choose me:) Cozy, 3 bedroom home close to downtown and within blocks of local restaurants, dog walk park and regular parks:) Outdoor Patio and fire pit with table and chairs beside a grill for grilling or just hanging out :) I like to give all my guest their own space and privacy. If you need anything just reach out. I respond quickly, Otherwise I will respect your time at my home and I will leave you alone:) Friendly neighbors with a park a block south of the home- it’s a quiet neighborhood:) The great experience no one ever talks about on the apps is all of the awesome people that choose my home to stay in and how nice they are. I do hear about it from the neighbor Donna, she has loved every moment of having an Airbnb next to her home. She is the nicest person you will ever meet and is always interested to hear each person's story when they stay:) (She is not intrusive, just friendly) Then she will later share those stories with me. So thank you to everyone who has stayed, chatted with her and offered her eggs when they left. She has loved every moment:). Large parking in the back with stepping stones to the house, on the street parking is free and spacious:) There is a privacy fence along the south side of the small back yard along with a fire pit. The neighbors are all very nice, it's a quiet neighborhood and street. It is one street west of the main street, it's very easy to find.
