Quiet neighborhood withing walking distance to all CDA has to offer. A mile from the lake, several parks, downtown restaurants and shopping and more! Neighbors are all extremely nice and helpful. While close to everything you will appreciate the quietness that being just off the main street provides Plenty of parking and within walking distance to the lake, Tubs hill and downtown Coeur d'Alene. Bike rental companies are nearby and provide a really fun way to see downtown and the lake! We are animal lovers ourselves and are happy to host your furry ones as well! We do charge an additional $75 cleaning fee if your dog is coming with you.
