However, November thru April the Carriage House is closed and not included with the booking. This change is already reflected in the pricing ৹ Dog friendly with an additional pet fee of $175/week (breed restrictions may apply) ৹ During peak season the house rents at a 7-day minimum Sunday to Sunday ৹ No smoking on the premises ৹ Allergies: This home is not allergen-free. There may have been types of animals, foods, or other items in the house that may cause allergies. ৹ Please note: A separate rental agreement with Maine Street Property Management must be signed after booking to complete your reservation.
