Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. PACKAGES DELIVERY • You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. POOL HEATER: POOL HEAT: There is an additional charge of $45/day for pool heating, which must be applied for the entire stay and paid one week before your arrival date. Please note our pool heater is an electric HEAT PUMP and may not be able to fully heat the pool up to 88F during colder months between November through March if the surrounding air temperature is too low (at or below 55F degrees). Spa cannot be heated individually, the entire pool and SPA will be heated which may take up to 24 hours. • It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection is everyday during the morning time, please in case of need place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES: We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outrage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for guests. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: • $120 - Locked door • $120 - Clogged toilet. • $500 - Smoking (inside and lanai outside). • $250 - Moved furniture. • $1000 - Frozen AC (caused when the thermostat is lower than 65°F). • If necessary, additional cleaning/trash will be charged.
