The space A fully renovated home with 3 bedrooms (King, Queen + 2 Twins), a full newly remodeled bathroom + 1/2 bath with a walk in shower plus a newly remodeled kitchen. Enjoy the back yard fire-pit for a relaxing evening. A well equipped open concept kitchen ideal for entertaining with a gas range plus washer and dryer on the main level. This home was fully remodeled in 2021 including kitchen, baths, paint, appliances, systems, floors and furniture. Note - There is a detached guest house behind the main house. ( Garage Apartment) This guest house is sometimes occupied by owner or their guests and is not included in the property rental. The garage apartment has its own driveway off of Ponca St (the home sites on a corner lot). Guest access The home has ample parking for four or more cars in the front driveway as well as street parking on the east street of the property & along Tulsa St east of Ponca St. The driveway in the rear of the home is not included (it has its own entrance off of Ponca St). The home is on a corner lot. Other things to note This is not a party house. It is a very nicely equipped and high end home. We are guests in this home when we visit Norman and are excited to share this lovely home with others. We have a strict no indoor smoking, no pets and no parties policy. Game-day parking is available for all OU games. Location is perfect for access to Campus Corner and the Stadium. If checking out on Saturday on a game day weekend, you can move your car from the driveway to the street before checkout for all day parking. The home has 2 Smart TVs where you can use your own streaming service such as Hulu, Netflix, Youtube TV, etc. Local channels are not provided, but you can log in with any of your personal accounts for access to your favorite shows. Early Check-In/Late Checkout Policy While we will do our best to accommodate early access or late check-out and can accommodate these requests for an additional fee of $25 each. Availability depends on prior bookings before or after your stay and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
