Enjoy the back yard fire-pit for a relaxing evening. A well equipped open concept kitchen ideal for entertaining with a gas range plus washer and dryer on the main level. This home was fully remodeled in 2021 including kitchen, baths, paint, appliances, systems, floors and furniture. Note - There is a detached guest house behind the main house. This guest house is sometimes occupied by owner or their guests and is not included in the property rental. The garage apartment has its own driveway off of Ponca St (the home sites on a corner lot). The home has ample parking for 4+ cars in the front driveway as well as street parking on the east street of the property & along Tulsa St east of Ponca St. The driveway in the rear of the home is not included (it has its own entrance off of Ponca St). The home is on a corner lot. We are available via Airbnb messaging, text/phone throughout your stay with us, but will not be onsite. The home is located in the Southridge Historical District, one of only 3 in Norman. It’s just steps to the famous Mont restaurant patio and a few blocks to the restaurants of Campus Corner or the OU Stadium. A short walk, scooter or drive to the excellent restaurants on Main Street. Walking is recommended to the restaurants of campus corner, or take a scooter to the restaurants on historic Main Street. There is plenty of parking at the home. Street parking is also available on Ponca St and on Tulsa St (only east of Ponca St.) This is not a party house. It is a very nicely equipped and high end home. We are guests in this home when we visit Norman and are excited to share this lovely home with others. We have a strict no indoor smoking, no pets and no parties policy. Game-day parking is available for all OU games. Location is perfect for access to Campus Corner and the Stadium. If checking out on Saturday on a game day weekend, you can move your car from the driveway to the street before checkout for all day parking. The home has 2 Smart TVs where you can use your own streaming service such as Hulu, Netflix, YoutubeTV, etc. Local channels are not provided, but you can log in with any of your personal accounts for access to your favorite shows. Many of these providers offer a 30 day free trail if you are not a current subscriber and wish to watch local/network TV. OU games are broadcast on a variety of networks including PPV so please check for listing networks.
