Welcome to the "Farmhouse" located in the woods with majestic tall pine trees close to Lassen Volcanic National Park (15-20 minutes away). There's also a lake and a creek on the 17 acre property where you can relax in the natural and peaceful wooded setting. The space This "Farmhouse" is perfect for your vacation or just a short getaway, with a huge deck with a private 6 person Hot tub overlooking the park and cute, warm and cozy farmhouse style interior and decor. (Please note that we need 24 hour notice to have the hot tub warmed to optimal temperature). There are two bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and a half bath. The other bedroom has a full size bed. There is a leather pull-out couch in the living room. A full bath with a tub/shower and the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and a toaster. There is a TV in the living room, but no cable. There is also a DVD player with about 20 random movies. Please help us keep the cost of cleaning low by keeping the place clean as possible. Do not leave garbage around, please put the trash in a trash bag/can. We kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels near the entry door upon leaving. It helps us get through the cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests. PETS: If you are bringing your pets, please let us know! Dogs MUST be on a leash at all times when outside. You must pick up/clean after your pets. You are responsible for any damage made by your pets. No breed restrictions, but dogs must be on a leash at all times. There is a one time pet fee of $40 per stay. Max 3 pets allowed. If you are bringing your pets, please let us know! Must clean after your pets. Plenty of safe parking. Parking is Free. Coin operated washer and dryer are a short walk away from the cottage. Tesla or EV 50A RV style charger available for $50 per charge.
