The space The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across three bright, well-appointed bedrooms: 🛏 Primary bedroom — king bed, Smart TV 🛏 Second bedroom — queen bed, Smart TV 🛏 Third bedroom — king bed, Smart TV Need extra sleeping space? Queen-size air mattresses and a playpen for little ones are available upon request. The open living area is made for gathering — cozy, comfortable, and connected to a fully stocked kitchen so you can cook, dine, and relax without ever leaving home. Working remotely? We've got you covered with a dedicated desk, external monitor, USB hub, and printer. Laundry is easy with an in-unit washer and gas dryer — perfect for longer stays. Step outside to your private backyard oasis: a covered patio with dining set, cornhole, gas grill, and a stunning 7-person hot tub featuring Bluetooth audio (with subwoofer!), touchscreen Balboa controls, and LED mood lighting. 🔧 Hot tub maintenance: every Monday between 10 AM – 12 PM. Outdoor lovers will appreciate nearby Craig Ranch Park, with walking trails, sports courts, and playgrounds. Several smaller neighborhood parks are just a short stroll away. Parking is free and plentiful — use the driveway, the street, or ask us about garage access.
