Other things to note Enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf waters from this 7th floor unit (not too high or too low). This unit has the perfect view of the beach and beautiful Gulf waters. Also, this unit has a walk-in shower and an in-unit washer/dryer. Additionally, this unit also has a large 65-inch tv and a large 22.8 cu ft refrigerator. The front-desk is open 24 hours. Only 110 steps from the elevator to the beach. Also, I am a full-time resident of Destin (only 2 miles from the condo).
