The indoor heated pool is temporarily closed until mid-February. Other things to note Enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf waters from this 7th floor unit (not too high or too low). This unit has the perfect view of the beach and beautiful Gulf waters. Also, this unit has a walk-in shower and an in-unit washer/dryer. Additionally, this unit also has a large 65-inch tv, a large 22.8 cu ft refrigerator, and the use of two (2) beach chairs (refer to photo #6). The front-desk is open 24 hours. Only 110 steps from the elevator to the beach. Also, I am a full-time resident of Destin (only 2 miles from the condo).
