If the payment isn't completed before booking we cannot host you. The space Master bedroom with a King sized bed, master bath has a walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has a queen. The second bath is a tub/shower combo. Close to Town, Rock Views, Bay View, Near Elfin Forest*The sleeps number is the maximum allowed in the unit. NOT the amount of beds available in the home. Please check bed information to make sure there are enough beds to accommodate your group* Guest access On day of check in Host will message you with lock box code that is on the meter to the right of the garage on the side of the house. Keys are inside lock box. You will be given the code to get in on day of check in. This is also where you put the keys upon check out. There is a garage remote in the kitchen . You are welcome to use it just please put it back in kitchen when you depart. Other things to note No smoking or pets. Very strict. No vaping. No marijuana. No cigarettes in or on home property. Either offense will result in a $250 fine.
