Easy access to downtown St. Paul, Minneapolis, universities, the airport, parks, & more. Fully renovated and will not disappoint! *King, california king, queen & twin beds with luxury hotel linens *Smart TVs with YouTube TV *Fully stocked kitchen *Coffee & tea bar *3 full baths (3 showers, 2 bathtubs) A newly renovated home, with a modern, organic style. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. There are 3 levels. Main level: open concept with kitchen, dining, great room with skylights, and full bath. There is a small bedroom / office on this level with a desk and daybed. The daybed has twin bed underneath that pulls out. The great room is the most relaxing, sun-filled space. There are four chairs and a large couch. Need more seating? Feel free to use the dining room chairs or the extra folding chairs provided. The sofa converts to a full-size bed. It is firm. There is an extra topper if you prefer a less firm matress. There are also two twin floor matresses available. There’s also a queen air mattress if you prefer. The kitchen is fully stocked! The dining room sits 7-8 unextended. There are boards to extend it to sit up 10- 12. There are extra chairs and a card table provided as well. Upstairs: There is a primary suite with california king-sized bed and a private bathroom. Closet to hang clothes, luggage rack and dresser. There is a second closet filled with extra linens, toiletries, etc. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and 43 inch TV. Also has a dresser and clothes rack. Lower level: This is like a suite. A bedroom with a king size bed and 43 inch smart TV. There bathroom with a shower. There is also a nook with a dresser. Each bathroom has extra toiletries and linens. The linens are the best, hotel style with 1800 count brushed microfiber sheets! Hypo-allergenic comforters and pillows. This home has a private driveway in the alley. You can utilize the private driveway for parking. There is also plenty of street parking. Easy access to highway 94 (.8 miles from house). Close to 35E. Bus stop on the corner (bus 67, less than 1 minute walk). The Metro Train (green line) is .8 miles from the house.
