Main House - 3 Story 5 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom - Pet Friendly - Victorian Home, built in 1898. The home features 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Located in Wolfeboro and within walking distance to Lake Winnipesaukee and the shops and restaurants. We provide free beach passes to the town beaches including Brewster, Carry, & Albee Beach at no charge. We also provide free kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles for guests to use in common during their stay. We do not have an office so you will proceed The space Victorian Main House - Pet Friendly - Stand Alone Home Newly renovated! (Open Year Round) 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. (First Floor: 1 Bedroom and full bath with Queen Sized Bed, Second Floor: Master has a King Bed with electric fireplace, 2nd bedroom has a Queen, and 3rd bedroom has 2 Queens this floor also has a full bathroom with walk in rain water shower. Third Floor: 1 Large open Bedroom and game room with 5 single beds, four chairs convertible to twins (suitable for children), and a full bath. Guest access We will provide a code to the door a few days prior to your arrival. Note the renters agreement must be completed prior to the access code being provided. If you have not completed the renters agreement and security hold as of the day of arrival you may only check in up to 8 p.m. and only after they are completed. We recommend completing it as soon as booking so that you are free to check in at any time that is convenient for you after 4 pm on the day of arrival. Other things to note We provide a Nespresso machine, Keurig Duo and coffee to get you started, Kitchen-Aid mixer, air fryer, firewood for the fire pits, gas for the dedicated gas grill, and all the basics for cooking.
