The kitchen & living room have vaulted ceilings & the living room has an electric fireplace, smart tv & French doors to the private screened porch. The loft, accessible by ships ladder, is 150 ft & has twin beds, 4 ft ceilings, & separate cooling unit for Staying comfortable during those hot Alabama summers - kid's haven. Plenty of space for boat parking for fishing tournaments & events. Power outlets on the exterior of the unit and on the pier. Just a short stroll to Lake Neely Henry - bring your watercraft & use the pier for fishing, kayaking or floating. Gaze at a million stars in the night sky around the private fire pit, grill out, hike, antique or just relax on the lake. Just a short drive to shopping & dining & 1.5 miles from Canoe Creek Boat Launch, you will find the Shiny Tiny the perfect place to relax, unwind, & recharge. There is a notebook on the counter with local shopping, dining, events & things to do. Your host is just 200 ft away, so the Shiny Tiny is ideal for women traveling solo. Pet friendly with lots of room for them to run and dedicated fenced dog yard accessible by ramp from screened porch, so pups can potty off lead (please scoop- bags furnished.) Convenient to AIR, Horsepens 40, Talladega, Noccalula Falls, Lake Neely Henry, shopping & dining. Ten minutes off I-59 & 30 minutes off I-20. There is a private, relaxing screened porch on the tiny. We love the quiet solitude, yet convenience of the area. We have no close neighbors, but the ones on our road are great. Expect to "get away from it all" in the Shiny Tiny. Read, write, play board games, relax, talk, sleep and explore...there is a full kitchen for your use or enjoy some local fare in nearby towns You'll need a car as we are in the country, but parking is just in front. Many biking events & fishing tournaments are held in the area. The Chief Ladiga Trail is about 45 minutes from the Tiny. Palmetto Creek/Neely Henry is a great place to kayak or canoe (borrow ours to give it a try!) & there are lots of hiking trails close. Cherokee Rock Village & Horse Pens 40 offer challenges for Rock climbing enthusiast. Just a short drive from Jacksonville State University, Talladega Motor Speedway, Choccalocca Park, Noccalulla Falls, Desoto State Park, Coosa Landing, Alabama International Raceway, Horsepens 40, Wills Creek and so much more... We do have 3 dogs (2 small spaniels & one medium border collie mix rescue) that occasionally roam the property. They are friendly & we do our best to keep them close when we have guests. Please watch for wildlife when driving the area. The Tiny has a "cabin in the woods" feel. This is a true Tiny Home - 320 sf on the main, 150 sf in the loft with 4' ceilings - not for the unnimble or inflexible. Everything is smaller- kitchen, appliances, bath, shower, bedroom, furniture, water heater, septic system, washer/dryer etc. In the spirit of minimalism we ask that you conserve - shorter showers, no wipes or feminine products flushed. What you get is a new, cute, quiet, private, clean, well cared for, unique property for a restful stay! We are experienced hosts & are detail oriented.
