This lovely 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom property has a coveted location within the private resort of Wild Dunes, which offers world-class golfing and pristine shoreline. This property also overlooks the shared pool and the stretching horizon of the Atlantic—what more could you need for a beach vacation? Walk through the front door and you’ll get a sense of those beachy vibes right away, with refreshed paint in a color that might remind you of the ocean! Journey into the first level, and you’ll find an open concept living and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped, meaning you can cook however you’d like—chop up some fruit for a fresh snack, or use the kitchenware to make a family meal like spaghetti. Whatever you choose, you can be the chef, or just store your leftovers! Past the kitchen you'll find a dining table that seats six. The living area is furnished with a sectional, offering plenty of space for everyone to watch a movie on the big flat screen TV, or to just gather and chat. Sliding glass doors lead out to the screened-in porch, which offers a generous amount of seating for enjoying the ocean breeze. There’s a four-seater dining set, as well as a comfortable sofa, and two additional chairs. Take your meals with a view of the Atlantic in the distance, and don’t forget those gorgeous morning sunrises with a fresh cup of coffee! Stairs from the porch lead down to the pool area, meaning you’re never more than a quick walk away from a refreshing swim. Back inside the home, you’ll find the cozy bedrooms. The first is one the main level, and features a queen-sized bed, as well as a flat screen TV. This room has its own access to the full bathroom in the hall. Travel up the stairs to find the other two bedrooms. One room is furnished with two twin beds, making it a great place for the kids to sleep. As a bonus, it offers its own full bathroom, and a flat screen TV! The master suite is the most luxurious of all, as it offers a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, and a private sundeck furnished with lounge chairs and boasting ocean views! Finally, Beach Club Villa is located in Wild Dunes Resort. This is a private Resort of 1600 acres. Wild Dunes features six restaurants, the Sand and Sea Spa, The Wild Dunes Links golf course and Harbor golf course which Golf Digest consider among the “Best in the State,” Island Adventures recreation programs for children and families, and two miles of bike trails. There is one covered parking spot. There is also an enclosed beach shower room located underneath the screened porch. Guests do not have access to the garage. A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time. Additional Amenities Include: Huge screen porch, with steps that lead to beach and Beach Club Villa Community Pool. The community pool is not heated and is usually open yearly from April 1 to October 1 depending on the weather. Flat screen televisions in living room and each bedroom. Just another added bonus for booking through us to enhance your vacation experience. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH TOWELS (8) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival. Guest access The entire Villa, and garage. The neighborhood pool and beach access are shared with other owners and guests of Beach Club Villas. Other things to note Please note: There is a property management company chosen by the homeowner and requires that their rental agreement be signed prior to occupying the property. This agreement will be sent after a reservation is made along with other helpful rental info for your stay. Cancellation Policy: Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited. Power/ weather related cancellation: We do not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, we will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
