This three bedroom, two bathroom, cozy ranch style full home, rests on over a acre. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, smart TV and on suite. The second and third bedrooms offers a queen size bed and smart tv with a spacious closet in each room . Outside there is a picnic bench, couch area, hammock, gas barbecue, and a fire pit. The kitchen's got all you need, plus a breakfast bar with tea, coffee, creamer, instant coffee maker, and snacks! Enjoy your stay! 🏠🐾 Other things to note - the master bedroom closet is our storage closet it is locked and not to be tampered with - under the age of 25 we will rent on a case to case basis with a security deposit that will be refunded at the end of your stay. - lawn maintenance is weekly and is usually on the weekends but can be during the week and times vary(only cutting seasons) Our pet fee is 20 dollars a night per pet. In your original reservation 20 dollars will be paid towards a pet fee. An additional request will be sent after booking for the remaining balance of the pet fee.
