6 bedroom/16 person Mountain Lodge-Located right in the heart of Reliance. Experience rustic mountain living with its finest amenities. The cabin is completely furnished with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. There is a separate guest house available for an additional fee. Enjoy preparing meals in our spacious kitchen, complete with all your cooking essentials. There is space for 15 sewers or crafters in the studio on the lower level with a Hot Tub just outside the studio.. The space As you enter the home a large living area awaits your group. Complete with a gas log fire place, TV with a Fire stick to log into your streaming services, DVD player and throw blankets for a comfortable relaxing area. There is plenty of table space between 2 tables and the bar area for meals and game night. Some board games are on site for you to use. A desk and chair with a printer and basic office essentials provide you a dedicated space to check in with the office or have a working vacation. There are 3 bedrooms off of the main living/kitchen area. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have a bathroom with a walk in tile shower attached. Bedroom 3 shares a bathroom with a tub and shower combo with the main living area of the home. The laundry room behind the refrigerator has shelves for your non-refrigerated food supplies, a ice machine and a washer and dryer bring your favorite detergent and fabric softer to use. Off of the living area is a spacious deck with a grill and an out door table with seating On the lower level is the studio with 15 tables and chairs, 15 design boards, 2 cutting stations and 2 ironing stations. Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 are on the lower level with 10 twin size beds and bathroom 4 is all off of the studio. Also off of the lower level is the hot tub on a deck between the Lodge and the Guest House. The Guest House is available for rent for an additional fee. Outside near the parking area is a fire pit with 3 permanent benches and several individual outdoor chairs. Fire wood can be bought at the store down the street. The parking area can accommodate 8 cars Guest access You will need an automobile to get to the river, hiking trails or the rafting companies. Other things to note This is a remote location surrounded by the Cherokee National Forest. The only cell phone service available is AT&T. A mobile hot spot is available for your use to access WIFI. The mobile hot spot will only allow 6 devices to connect at a time. There are two TV's in the home, 1 in the living room upstairs and 1 on the lower level in the studio
