Phantom Manor a funeral home w/ 6 themed bedrooms!

Spend the night in a restored funeral home from the 1940's. Meticulously designed for groups wanting to explore Ashtabula Harbor or nearby Geneva on the Lake. This luxurious space was designed to be a home away from home and is full of color and charm including a display containing artifacts from the buildings history. Everyone will enjoy the space which has a full game room including a pool table and claw machine, a fully stocked common area and 6 distinct bedrooms each with something special. The space Renovated funeral home provides a large space that is completely yours during your stay, large parking lot provides plenty of space for you and your guests. This property is close to bridge street for a nice night out. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space, this location is attached to three apartments that are private. A deck/patio outdoor space will be coming spring 2022 for guests to enjoy. Plenty of parking at the property. Other things to note This property is perfect to have a nice family get together or a group of friends who are out to celebrate. I have two sip and paint instructors who can come to the house to help make the stay more enjoyable. Message for more details. I plan on helping you celebrate the holidays by decorating the home for most holidays, will also help out if you have any other special occasions. Claw machine can have special items in it by request. As of now there are stuffed animals and white claws. So bring your dollar bills. Library is full of books, doubt many people want to read while on vacation so if you find a book you want to “check out” please let me know I only ask that you send the book back after use so others can enjoy. While Party’s aren’t permitted I allow small get togethers for the month of October. You will need to message me to tell me about your plans. I do have Halloween decorations and am happy to decorate with them but again will need a heads up. Such a fun place to have a spooky getaway.
