The shining white exterior, lower and upper front porches, paved pathway to the outdoor shower, and three car parking hint at the wonder on the inside of the home. The open concept ground floor has soaring 12ft ceilings, hand-painted murals evoking local nature, an enormous 9ft sectional with a double wide chaise, arm chairs and ample seating for all guests, 58” smart TV on a swivel mount, a bespoke dining table, chef’s kitchen complete with all the appliances and cooking/baking supplies you could want, a gas range in the kitchen island to create your very own hibachi style cooking experience, and is full of original art. You’ll also find an adorable half bath, a screened porch (no need to worry about bugs) with an outdoor sectional, gas grill, ceiling fan to keep the breeze going, a dining table that expands to seat 10, and the most amazing outdoor lighting for when it gets dark (you’ll be sending pictures of that one to your friends for sure!). The final space on the ground floor is the theater room. You’ll have tiered seating with double daybeds, which can also be used for sleeping, on the top tier and another 9ft sofa on the bottom level. The high def. 80” smart TV and top quality surround sound is nothing short of the best home theater experience you’ve ever had. It’s so good you might just spend every night in. On the second floor, you’ll find a designated office space, a beautiful full bath with walk in shower and double vanity, the gorgeous flamingo room with a luxury pillow top queen bed, 40” smart TV, and a private balcony that overlooks local sand pines and scrub oak in the neighborhood. You’ll also find the bunk room that is a riot of color with two bunk beds. One twin over twin, and one twin over full, the full is a futon fold-out. The laundry room is fully equipped with both a full sized washer and dryer, drying rack, hanging rods and hangers, and an iron and ironing board. Lastly, the principle bedroom is a study in modern beauty. The custom oak headboard lights from behind for the most relaxing golden glow in the evenings. There is also a 50” smart tv, dual closets, a dresser, a lounge chair, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk in glass shower with a standard shower head and ceiling mounted rain shower head, an enormous soaking tub, and separate water closet. Spend your days at the beach and the rest of your time in the most fantastic home in the area. Pets are welcome but we ask to keep them off the furniture. We ask that you don't use our linens to clean your pets. We do charge a one time $150 pet fee left in cash (or paid via payment app) at check in since our maid charges extra to clean when pets stay. It meets all and any desire with the white sugar sand beaches, sunsets to die for, restaurants of every sort, shopping at the Village of South Walton, spas for relaxing, and more. Camp Helen State Park only five minutes-drive from the house, is the destination for nature lovers. It has miles of nature trails, beach preserves, kayak rentals, wild life and bird watching, and old growth live oaks draped with Spanish moss. Other local hot spots include, The Donut Hole to meet your need for sweets, The Blue Giraffe for local artisan gifts and art gallery, 30A Olive Oil Company, The Timpochee bike trail that cruises through Inlet Beach, Rosemary, and Alys Beach along the coast, Stinkys Fish Camp and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar for the best seafood around, the many local live music venues in the spring and summer and the bountiful farmers markets (check the 30A events calendar online). But really that’s all just scratching the surface. Don’t forget to Dolphin watch, paddleboard, and take in a few beach sunsets while you’re here too! The beach is a short 8 minute walk away. Should you want to arrive faster or have a lot of beach things to bring with you, there is ample parking at the public beach access just down the street. As a home within an HOA we ask that all our guests maintain consideration for our neighbors. No parties or events are permitted. Likewise, overly loud music, late night noise, and smoking are not permitted on the property.
