Other things to note – Valet parking is available at regular hotel valet rate. – Room service not available. • RESORT FEES: The 1 Hotel charges a $66.00 (plus tax) daily resort fee paid directly to hotel upon arrival. Resort fees are waived for bookings 30 days or longer. – Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees. – Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay. Residence owners retain the right of refusal.
