If you are looking for a great house to enjoy for a few days, weeks, or months in the LA area, look no further. Conveniently located near the following tourist attractions: A 15-minute drive to Universal Studios, 15 minutes to Hollywood, 25 minutes to Downtown LA, 25 minutes to Malibu, and 1 hour to Disneyland. (These approximations do not take rush-hour traffic into consideration.) The space The house has been recently renovated and includes the following updated appliances: dishwasher, double oven, stovetop, washer & dryer. Wi-fi access, smart TV, A/C, and heat are all included. You will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including soaps, shampoo, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, and more. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a Queen bed. You have the option for an additional Twin rollaway bed in one of the bedrooms, and a Full futon in the den adjacent to the kitchen. *Please note that you may access the 3rd bedroom by walking through the 2nd bedroom.* Guest access The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and the home includes private parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
