SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - Sleeps 8 Primary Bedroom: King-size bed Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed Third Bedroom: Two Full-size beds Sleeper sofa in the living room This Three (3) bedroom, Two (2) bath beach condo comfortably sleeps 8 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The open living area features an elegant beach decor and HDTV with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The Master Bedroom comes with a King bed, HDTV and private full bathroom. The Guest Bedroom 1 has Queen bed and HDTV. Guest Bedroom 2 has two (2) full beds. There is a second full bathroom accessed from the hallway. Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions. • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day. • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates. • PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms.
