Summer 6 night minimum, major holiday weeks 5 night minimum, holiday weekends 3 night minimum, multiple week and monthly discounts. The space The main area has a vaulted cedar loft open plan layout with floor to ceiling windows, a quartz waterfall edge kitchen island, brand new appliances, a swing chair, and an electric fireplace in the living room. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own separately controlled air conditioning and heat, and the master bedroom suite also has its own powder room (with 2 designer bathrobes waiting for you in the closet). Relax inside in the loft reading nook and on the living room swing chair to go old school, or relax with modern conveniences like a Smart TV and high speed reliable Internet (just bring your own streaming login codes). Take a walk along the landscaped walking paths on the property, sit in the custom made wooden chairs in the cocktails area, dine al freso at the table in the dining area, relax in the "hammock park", and sit in the Adirondack chairs in the fire pit area. Bedding and towels are provided, as are paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and cleaning supplies for small spills. Truly pet friendly: dog bed, dog bowl, walking leash, and outdoor long property leash. And firewood for the outdoor firepit! There are many restaurants and ice cream shops nearby, so you won’t need to cook if you don’t want to. And if you decide to cook, there are several markets nearby where you can buy coffee, tea, milk, fresh vegetables, home cooked bread and pies, and all other grocery needs. Then bring it home to cook it up using our cooking utensils and pans or our Electric Wok, enjoy coffee made in our French Press, and sip cocktails in our highball and wine glasses. Also, on property is a Weber BBQ. Guests can purchase of a Lake Naomi Club membership ($540/week, paid directly to LNC) that allows you to also enjoy: 1. Eating. 2 restaurants, and when they open for the summer, a beach bar, pool bar and café. 2. Golf. There is a USGA-rated 9-hole golf resort with challenging greens, tight fairways, and sand traps on every hole from April until November. The USGA has rated and sloped Timber Trails Golf Course, and USGA handicapping is available through the Golf Center. An on-site professional is available for lessons, and the aquatic driving range and practice putting green can help you lower your handicap. 3. Tennis / Pickleball. There are tennis / pickleball courts less than 1 block from the cottage. There is also a tennis complex and throughout the community are 18 soft surface, 2 hard courts, 2 indoor courts, and 1 USTA-approved 10 & under court. There are youth and teen programs, social games, special events, tournaments, adult league play. Round robins are conducted weekly in the summer. 4. Boating. The 277-acre lake features several boat marinas and five islands to explore. Boat rentals (kayaks, canoes, row boats, sailboats, and paddleboards) are available at Club Beach for two hour, half day or full day rentals. 5. Swimming. There are 2 outdoor pools, with slides, diving boards, a rock climbing wall, lifeguards, restaurants, snack bars, and activities. 6. Beaches. There is a sandy beach 1 block from the cottage, and throughout the community are 7 sandy beaches on four lakes and ponds. Beaches are staffed by certified lifeguards throughout the summer season. 7. Sailing. There are instructional and competitive sailing programs offered in the summer. Every weekend, races and regattas decorate the lake with colorful sails. The Sailing Association plans special family activities and events for sailors of every age. 8. Basketball Courts. There are basketball courts less than 1 block from the cottage. Hiking and bicycling path right outside your door, 5 minute 1 block walk to lake and beach, 15 minute drive to ski resorts, 10 minute drive to water parks. Other things to note We have cat allergies, so this is a dog-only home (sorry!). We travel with our dog and so should you, and we make him/her feel welcome with a dog bowl and bed. We also make you feel safe with a long exploring leash outside to make sure they don’t wander off. 1 dog permitted, additional only with owner’s written permission.
